Reviewed by Lee Shepherd Though it was blustery and bitterly cold outside last Sunday (Feb. 15), the “Brilliant Brass” concert by the Binghamton Philharmonic Brass Quintet warmed the hearts of everyone in downtown Binghamton’s United Presbyterian Church.
