BCAC Show Brings  “Animal Magnetism” to Binghamton

Bonnie Drum-Yetter’s  artwork will be featured in a solo show at the Broome County Arts Council during the month of October. Mrs. Yetter is well known for her pastel depictions of animals ——domesticated, wild and human.  She has studied with some of the top pastel artists in the country, and has shown extensively at regional galleries and art centers in the northeast.  Her goal is to “convey the deep emotional connection we have to the animals around us,” she explains. Harmony Club Celebrates Centennial of Women's Suffrage

The Harmony Club of Binghamton celebrates the centennial of women’s suffrage in New York State with a program on “Songs of Women’s Suffrage” at 1 p.m. on Wed., November 1. The program will trace the history of music in support of the suffrage movement, from the Civil War era until granting of suffrage a half century later. Some suffrage songs pleaded, some reasoned, some demanded. Many put new words to already familiar tunes. The audience may enjoy singing along...

The Endicott Performing Arts Center is proud  to announce its

20th Anniversary Season, 2018.

EPAC was incorporated in 1998 when it began restoration of the 1917 Lyric Theater, and now continues to operate out of the oldest theater in the Greater Binghamton area. This year EPAC will be producing full scale Broadway Musicals, straight plays, comedies, Shakespeare in the Park, variety shows, dance projects and much much more. The EPAC venue will also host many other local performing arts groups and theater companies in 2018. Read more
