Oh, What a Night Gala

at the Forum Theatre

Jersey Boys!

Monday, March 19 ? 5:00 PM
Metro Center Courtyard · Downtown Binghamton

The Friends of the Forum will be hosting a very special evening on Monday, March 19 “Oh, What A Night Gala” to accompany the opening night performance of JERSEY BOYS, the behind-the-scenes Broadway Musical about Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.

The Gala starts with a pre-show cocktail party with hearty hors d’oeuvres in the Metro Center Courtyard, followed by the opening performance of JERSEY BOYS at the Forum Theatre and an after show dessert reception with cast members from JERSEY BOYS.

The Friends of the Forum, a group of local community and business leaders dedicated to raising funds for improvements at the Forum, are dedicating the funds from “Oh, What A Night Gala” for the future installation of a hearing loop in the Forum so those with hearing loss can better enjoy performances at the historic Forum Theatre.

The Friends of the Forum are working with The Hearing Loss Association of America on installing a loop that will be wired throughout the theatre, using an electromagnetic signal and connected in to a sound system.  This will offer better hearing for all.

“Our Friends of the Forum team is excited to be able to help bring this new technology into our historic theatre, allowing all who attend a better theatre experience” said Ron Sall, President of The Friends of the Forum. “Funds raised from our Gala ticket sales, sponsorships and generous community donations will allow us to pay for this important improvement.”
