Cranberry St. Paddy’s Day Special

The Cranberry Coffeehouse presents a St. Paddy’s Day Special Concert on Sat., March 17, 7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 183 Riverside Dr., Binghamton.

Ceol do Beoir was formed as an outcome of the original Binghamton Irish Session (aka known as the Carriage House Players). With a goal of sharing and purveying Irish music culture, they meet in the time honored seisiún format, playing traditional Celtic melodies in medleys presented on traditional Irish instruments. Listeners can hear rollicking reels, jigs, hornpipes, and aspiring- pensive airs as well Players include Curt Osgood on Dulcimer, Fiddler Walter Carlip, Concertina player Scott Craver, Guitarist Jim Mac Williams, and on whistles and Flute Sarah Gerk.

Suggested donation of $10. The middle set features performances by you (5 minute limit) and as always, goodies and coffee will be available. Handicapped parking in front of the church.
